Dr. Enda O’Flaherty
BA (Hons), H-Dip, Adv-Dip, PhD, MIAI
Enda has almost 20 years of experience as a field and research archaeologist, working both in Ireland and internationally on diverse and dynamic projects that explore human settlement patterns and the significance of the environment to past communities. He received his PhD from the Ollscoil na Gaillimhe, specialising in Landscape Archaeology and Cultural Landscapes of Historical Ireland. Throughout his career, Enda has developed extensive expertise in archaeological fieldwork, excavation, and desk-based assessment.
His core competencies include Built Heritage and Geodetic Survey, large-scale Landscape Studies, the compilation of Impact Assessments and Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) chapters, as well as assessing and advising on archaeological considerations in development projects. Enda is also a license-eligible archaeologist.
Ewelina Rondelez
Ewelina is a highly skilled and experienced archaeologist with over 20 years of international experience across Ireland, Germany, Spain, Poland and Syria. She has worked extensively in Ireland as a field and post-excavation archaeologist on numerous research and commercial projects. Ewelina has a strong background in archaeological research and is the author of multiple archaeological reports and Impact Assessments.
She also has extensive expertise in artefact analysis, conservation strategies, and the management of archaeological archives, ensuring the proper documentation, preservation, and accessibility of cultural materials. A tech-savvy documentation professional, Ewelina specialises in data management and digital preservation with a particular focus on heritage websites. Ewelina is also a license-eligible archaeologist.
